Livestreaming
What is livestreaming?
Livestreaming allows you to watch videoed events in real time, a bit like live TV. All you need to be able watch a livestream is an internet enabled device, like a smart phone or tablet, laptop or smart TV. Some livestreams can be private.
What’s included in our livestreaming service for a wedding?
- State of the art audio/video equipment, a 4K HD camera on a tripod with a wireless lapel mic on the officiant for clear digital audio and video transmission.
- 1 professional videographer will set up everything approximately 1 hour beforehand and breakdown whenever the contracted time is complete.
- The video is not just shot on a tripod and left there. The videographer will shoot a live view of the ceremony location 10 minutes prior to the ceremony starting, then will get actual shots of everyone walking down the aisle from the front, and once everyone is seated, the camera will be set up on a tripod as seen in that image. When the ceremony is completed, there will be shots of everyone exiting as well as parts of cocktail hour and or the meal being served, depending on what you have planned. The total stream will be for 2 hours.
- The audio will sound like you are actually seated near the front of the ceremony except it will sound better because the feed will be direct from the sound equipment and not be affected by the distance the seated guests are from the ceremony officiant.
- Upon completion of the service the videographer will pack up all our equipment promptly in order to allow you and your guests to enjoy the reception without any inconvenience.
How much does it cost?
We charge $600 for 2 hours of service, and $125 per hour for any additional time. Ideally we’d like it any additional to be scheduled in advance but can usually add on any time on the day of if requested.

*Additional FAQ
Can we choose all the shot locations ahead of time?
The short answer is yes you can but all positions will be approximate. This is something that you can discuss with your videographer when you speak them prior to the big day.
Why is this service better than having a friend or family member do the stream?
The microphones are used to interact with you and your household, as well as, to remind anyone that passes by, that this is a social distance event and they should keep their distance of at least 6 feet away.
Does the Videographer bring and wear a mask?
Yes we do, it is required by state mandate for all business representatives to wear a mask. The only reason we would remove the mask is to eat or drink something.
