Prior to your event you will receive:

  1. A phone call or Google Meet or Zoom consultation with your DJ. They go over location details, time frames, venue setup options, etc.
  2. Use of our custom timeline and music request form (upon receipt of signed contract and deposit).
  3. A link to our Spotify page (to help you create your own playlists for seating music, cocktail hour, dinner, dancing, etc.).

On the day of your event we provide:

  1. A professional & organized DJ & MC.
  2. A quality sound system, DJ mixing board and laptop.
  3. Two handheld microphones (one wired, one wireless). One lapel mic available upon request (at no extra charge).
  4. A high-quality, multicolored and sound-activated dance light.
  5. DJ can coordinate and play various games with guests
  6. No charge for set up and tear down.
  7. All of our DJs have thousands of songs on hand, so we can play just about anything. If WiFi is available, we can download songs on the spot for special requests.

      After your event you can expect:

      1. A follow-up email, text, and/or phone call.
      2. A final email with links for you to post reviews on various sites (e.g., Yelp & Google).

        • Additional speaker with wireless connection (for sound in an additional room within line of site of DJ) $150
        • Additional speaker with tablet and pre-made mix (for sound in an additional room, no line of site needed) $150
        • Load in fee $100 for venues that have exceptionally difficult load in processes. (i.e. no elevator, long distances between setup locations)

        • Screen & video projector rental ($250)
